The tarsier is another nocturnal jungle

mammal and is known for its very large eyes and long “fingers and toes”. They eat

insects most of the time and can even catch them straight from the air.

The Tarsier

Take a guess as to why the tarsier has such big eyes. Do you remember what you learned about animals with big eyes? Large eyes help them see in the dark because they are nocturnal animals.
